This organisation, which was founded by Father Javier de Nicoló, is involved exclusively in the education of boys, girls and youngsters in vulnerable circumstances, such as having been abandoned or whose physical or psychological integrity is threatened, or who live on the street, and providing them with comprehensive care.

Its open, flexible organisational structure allows for innovation, teamwork and permanent training amongst its volunteers, thereby reinforcing its acclaimed leading position.

Places where social work is done

The main base is in the city of Bogotá and its areas of influence. It also works in Cundinamarca, Antioquia, Valle, Atlántico, Bolívar, Chocó, Casanare and Vichada provinces, and in the coffee-growing region, where it has strategically located urban and rural centres.
