Annex a description of the invention disclosed in a maximum of one     thousand (1000) words, in Folio size sheets of paper, using Arial font 12 and     with one and a half space between lines.

If necessary, one (1) photograph or a drawing of the invention, showing a     perspective view thereof, should be annexed.
