She has more than 13 years of experience in Intellectual Property as Consultant and Patent Examiner in different technical fields as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy and biotechnology. Her experience also includes providing Intellectual Property advice to national and international applicants in the search and review of the state of the art; drafting, prosecution of patent applications, utility models, industrial designs; patentability studies; preparing and filing responses to official actions issued by Patent Offices. Her professional experience also covers the fields of quality control and environment.
